Welcome to our Charity Project for 2012.
As some of you may already have seen we are going to be supporting a range of charities throughout 2012 via our Facebook campaign. As we come to the end of January, we are pleased to have witnessed the success of the campaign that we started with Spanish Stray Dogs - an organisation in Los Barrios (over the border from Gibraltar) who rescue and re-home stray dogs.
Below we link to each of the campaigns so you can monitor the successes as we go through the year.
How does it work?
Each Charity will have a 1 month period in which to promote the campaign and ask their supporters to "like" our Facebook page. We will then pay them per "like" received from them within that 1 month period up to a maximum of £1500.
Who benefits?
The Charities selected will benefit from the donation that accumulates as more and more people like our page in the month that their campaign is running. Oxford Learning benefit from having more likes to their Facebook page. Both parties benefit from increased exposure across the internet about their organisation.
How can I get involved?
If you have not yet liked our Facebook page then you can view the list of charities below and then help them to promote the campaign during their allocated month by liking our Facebook page and sharing it on Facebook and other Social Media sites.
You can also help by recommending charities to us who you think might benefit from the campaign. As places are limited - we ask that they have a well-established Facebook page with at least 2000 likes already.
January - Spanish Stray Dogs - €1000 Euros donated
February - Nerja Donkey Sanctuary
March - Save the Dogs (Italy/Romania)
April - Afghan Heroes (UK)

Please contact us at any time for any further information or if you work for a charity that wishes to take part.
